Tyshai L Robinson, 23, Milwaukee, possession on narcotic drugs and misdemeanor carry concealed weapon on 1/26/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentences are withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Full-time employment/ schooling/ job search combination; 5) Obtain GED/HSED; 6) Pay costs of action; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC: 8) On count 1 only, twenty (20) days in jail, under the Huber Law, to commence on 12-11-20 by 6:00 p.m. Transfer to Milwaukee County or a different county if one will take her is authorized. Dekota A Raybern, 20, Manitowoc, 2nd degree sexual assault of a child, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of ten (10) years, three (3) years initial confinement, followed by seven (7) years extended supervision. Conditions of extended supervision are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Obtain psycho-sexual evaluation; 3) Register as a sex offender; 4) Contact with the victim, S.C. only with agent’s approval; 5) Have no contact with her mother; 6) Maintain full-time employment/ schooling/ job search combination; 7) Pay costs of action; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Court finds the defendant is eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program but not the Substance Abuse Program. Defendant is given credit for 325 days already served.
