Victim is ok with having contact with the defendant for that purpose; 10) pay restitution of $737.60 to the victim. (Attorney Hoff has a check and will be forwarding it the victim). Expungement is ordered under Section 973.015 upon successful completion of the sentence and upon completion of fifty (50) hour of community service.
