Jesus P Flores, 21, Two Rivers, armed robbery (3-counts) on 6/20/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of fourteen (14) years. Four (4) years initial confinement followed by ten (10) days extended supervision on each count concurrent. Conditions of extended supervision are: 1) Maintain absolute sobriety; 2) Submit DNA sample and pay surcharges; 3) Pay costs of action; 4) Complete all assessments, programming and treatment as determined by DOC; 5) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 6) Have no contact with the victims 1-8 as listed in the victim key code through Manitowoc County Victim/witness office; 7) Have no contact with Wisco-Tech Bar or Vallorie Balderas; 8) Obtain GED/HSED. Court finds the defendant is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program after serving the first two years of initial confinement and is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. Defendant is given credit for 189 days already served.

Austin J Alexander, 26, Manitowoc, 4th degree sexual assault on 3/21/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Manitowoc County Jail for nine (9) months incarceration concurrent with the sentence he is presently serving on 14 CF 302. $443.00 court costs imposed, to be paid by 12-31-2022 or 9 days jail. Submit DNA sample.
