A Manitowoc man will be spending the next six and a half years in prison after being nabbed for his 11th OWI and Theft.
Tony R Trzeciak was before Judge Mark Rohrer on February 3rd, when he was sentenced to five years initial confinement for the OWI charge and an additional 18 months for the theft case. Trzeciak will also be under extended supervision for seven years after he is released.
Trzeciak has been ordered to pay over $5,000 in restitution as well as his court costs. He also has been ordered to maintain full-time employment upon his release and have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle for 36 months, even though he had his driving privileges revoked for life.
Trzeciak is also not allowed to enter any bars or liquor stores. He is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program but is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program.
