Froedtert Health and Holy Family Memorial announce as of midnight today (Monday) that they have consummated their affiliation agreement announced on January 6th.
An HFM news release states that this will secure the future of the local healthcare entity and provide Manitowoc County’s largest healthcare provider with long-term clinical and financial sustainability.
HFM will maintain its Catholic identity under the sole sponsorship of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity. Froedtert President and CEO Cathy Jacobson says “Through this agreement Holy Family Memorial will gain the benefits of being part of a larger system that is led locally.”
Incoming HFM President Steve Little states, “This a true partnership rooted in respect, shared values, and a common vision for serving current and future health care needs in Manitowoc County.”
