Two years later, the homicide trial for 17-year-old Martice Fuller is finally underway in Kenosha County Circuit Court.
Fuller is accused of killing 15-year-old Kayle Juga and wounding her mother in May of 2019.
He is charged as an adult and has entered a not guilty plea to first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and armed burglary.
He’s also charged with battery for taking part with other prisoners in an October attack on an inmate at the Kenosha County Jail.
The trial has been delayed twice. Jury selection started Friday with opening arguments today (March 15th).
