The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum in Milwaukee has unveiled their newest officially licensed bobblehead.
The bobblehead features Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt, the 101-year-old nun who serves as the chaplain for Loyola’s Men’s Basketball team. Sister Jean was thrust into the national spotlight in 2018 as the Loyola Ramblers advanced to the NCAA Tournament’s Final Four. The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled a bobblehead of Sister Jean during the 2018 NCAA Tournament, and that bobblehead quickly became the Museum’s best-selling of all-time before being surpassed in April 2020 by a bobblehead of Dr. Anthony Fauci. Like the 2018 bobblehead, a portion of the sales of the bobblehead benefit Sister Jean’s religious order, the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, as well as Loyola University’s Athletic Department.
