A Dunn County man is facing charges of sexual assault after a woman says he pretended to be an Uber driver and offered to give her a ride.
A criminal complaint was filed against 28-year-old Larry Young of Menomonie Monday. Investigators say this is the second sexual assault case where a victim says Young pretended to be an Uber driver.
The victim says she was walking back to her residence on the UW-Eau Claire campus last February when Young pulled up, she got in, and he locked the door and tried to assault her, twice. Young is free on a $2500 dollar cash bond.
