The Wisconsin men’s hockey team has finished in the top-10 of the final college rankings for the first time in seven years.
The Badgers check-in at eighth in the USCHO.com Division One rankings.
The poll was released Monday, two days after U-Mass won the N-C-A-A championship.
Wisconsin completed a 20-10-1 season last month.
The Badgers program did finish in the top 20 four years ago when it was ranked 17th.
Minnesota was the highest-ranked Big Ten Conference team in this year’s final poll at number seven.
