The Milwaukee Bucks won Thursday night’s game in Atlanta by going on a run of 13 straight points late in the first half.
The rest of the game was fairly even as the Bucks claimed a 120-109 win.
Giannis Antetokounmpo returned to the lineup for the first time since April 2nd, scoring 15 points in 25 minutes of play.
Point guard Jrue Holiday led the winners with 23 points while seven Bucks scored in double figures.
The third straight win for Milwaukee cooled off the charging Hawks who had won 16-of-21 under interim coach Nate McMillan.
The Bucks remain lodged in third place in the N-B-A Eastern Conference, three games behind Philadelphia.
The next action for Milwaukee comes Saturday night when the Memphis Grizzlies visit the Fiserv Forum.
