A cash bond of $4 million has been set for a 24-year-old shooting suspect accused of killing three men Sunday morning (April 18th).
Witnesses say Rakayo Alandis Vinson had been involved in a fight at the Somers House Tavern, was told to leave, then returned with a handgun and opened fire.
The fatality victims have been identified as 26-year-old Atkeem Stevenson, 24-year-old Cedric Guston, and 22-year-old Kevin Donaldson, all of Kenosha.
Three other men were wounded.
