The city attorney for Green Bay has filed a 19-page report on the November 2020 election saying “No allegations of fraud have been made” and “No issues affecting the integrity of the election have been found.”
City Attorney Vanessa Chavez says she talked to 22 people.
Chavez says she tried to speak to former city clerk Kris Teske and former deputy city clerk Kim Wayte but was unsuccessful. Retired Brown County Clerk Sandy Juno – who alleged violations against the city during the vote count – reportedly told Chavez she had no comment.
Five Green Bay residents filed a formal complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission earlier this month about the way the city conducted that election.
The city hasn’t responded.
