The City of Manitowoc Park and Recreation Division is asking for the public’s input on the Manitowoc River Watershed Water Trail project.
They describe the project as “a community-wide effort to inventory, analyze and make recommendations for water trail improvements from the Dam in Clarks Mills to Lake Michigan through the City of Manitowoc.”
