Wisconsin Badgers freshman Devyn Robinson was one of the top performers in the N-C-A-A National Volleyball Tournament in Omaha.
Her Badgers didn’t take the top prize, but Robinson put up a hitting percentage of .423 in the four matches. The six-foot-two outside hitter also had three digs and 19 blocks.
Kentucky won the national title in straight sets over Texas. It was the first championship in that program’s history.
One of the Wildcat players leading the way was Mount Horeb product Elise Goetzinger. Kentucky finished the season 24-and-1, its only loss coming to Florida.
