Starter Brandon Woodruff claimed his second win by pitching six shutout innings, allowing two hits and two walks, while striking out eight.
Woodruff has started three games against the Cubs this season, allowing just one run on six hits in 19 innings.
Travis Shaw and Luis Urias drove in two runs apiece.
