The Milwaukee Bucks made sure Charlotte wouldn’t sweep them this year with a 114-104 win on the Hornets’ homecourt Tuesday night.
The Hornets had won the first two meetings, but the Bucks shared the ball – piling up 28 assists – and dominated the boards 48-to-38.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 29 points, took down a dozen rebounds, and dished out eight assists for Milwaukee. He got 22-point help from center Brook Lopez and another double-double from point guard Jrue Holiday, who had 12 points and 10 assists.
The Bucks continue the current four-game road trip Thursday (April 29th) with a visit to Houston to meet the Rockets.
