Kevin Porter Junior of the Houston Rockets dropped 50 on Milwaukee Thursday night, leading his team to a 143-136 upset at the Toyota Center.
The Bucks might have been able to tell it wasn’t going to be their night when superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo went down with a sprained ankle less than a minute into the action.
Houston ended its five-game losing streak by connecting on 25-of-46 3-pointers. Khris Middleton scored 33 points to lead the Bucks.
Bryn Forbes came off the bench to add a career-best 30 points. Milwaukee built a 24-point lead in the first half, but couldn’t hold it with its best player on the bench.
The Bucks get no rest and it isn’t known if Antetokounmpo is available when they travel to Chicago for a game tonight (Friday).
