
The jury trial for a 40-year-old man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend and killing her father in Oshkosh last year is now underway.
Joshua Aide is accused of killing 59-year-old James Gruettner and injuring 33-year-old Rebecca Borkowski and 57-year-old John Miller in the attack, which took place at a home in the 1700 block of Minnesota Street on August 4th.
Aide is facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, and two counts of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, with a Domestic Abuse enhancer attached to one of those.
Aide has pleaded not guilty after a psychological evaluation.
