Alex Bohm homered off Milwaukee starter and loser Brandon Woodruff and Rhys Hoskins added an insurance run with an eighth-inning double.
Woodruff gave up only two hits and two walks in six-and-two-thirds innings, striking out 11.
Milwaukee tries to get back on the winning track when it travels to Miami to start a three-game set against the Marlins tonight (May 7th). Lefty Brent Suter will be manager Craig Counsell’s starting pitcher.
