The human remains found in Onalaska last month near State Highway 53 have been identified as a man reported missing eight months ago.
The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office confirms the remains are those of Tyler Henry.
He was reported missing last September.
Onalaska police say there were no signs of foul play but they are waiting for the results of an autopsy which could take several weeks.
Authorities had asked for hunters or outdoor enthusiasts in the Tri-State area to keep an eye out for Henry.
