Bail is set at $450 recognizance for a 53-year-old Manitowoc man after being detained following a domestic incident over the weekend.
Jose O. Martinez is charged with Disorderly Conduct with a Domestic Violence Enhancer and Resisting Arrest.
A caller informed Police Dispatch of a Disorderly Conduct situation occurring at a residence in the 1300 block of Hamilton Street late Sunday night (May 9th).
Martinez, who was allegedly drunk and acting violently, was arguing with his mother and wouldn’t let her and two others into his home.
Police separated Martinez and another male then he allegedly stepped forward an officer who subdued him, putting him into handcuffs and taken into custody.
Conditions of bail are that Martinez have no contact with the victims and that he go to the Manitowoc Police Department for photos and prints.
His initial appearance is scheduled for May 27th at 10:30 AM.
