A man from Menasha is charged in the accidental shooting death of a three-year-old boy in Milwaukee.
Prosecutors say Devon Armour is facing second-degree reckless homicide for the May 8th death of Cire Walker. Police say Armour left his pistol on the kitchen table of a home and the boy pick it up and unintentionally shot himself. Investigators say Armour then grabbed the gun and fled the scene. He later admitted to purchasing the pistol four days before the shooting.
Armour is also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and bail jumping.
