$100 cash bail was set for a woman taken into custody Sunday night after allegedly struck a gas station employee in the face.
Ladaisha M. McKinney is charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault, one with a Domestic Violence Enhancer, and Disorderly Conduct.
Multiple Manitowoc Police Officers responded to the Marathon Gas Station on Washington Street. McKinney was uncooperative but the victim told authorities that when she took out the trash McKinney walked up and hit her claiming a similar incident had occurred a week ago.
She also allegedly kicked a man she was with and yelled profanities at him, and once in handcuffs and placed in the police car-McKinney proceeded to kick the window.
She eventually calmed down and was taken to the County Jail where she’s being retained on a probation hold. Her initial appearance scheduled for May 27th at 10:30 a.m.
