The Two Rivers Joint Review Board is scheduled to gather this afternoon.
They will convene at 3:30 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall, where they will review and discuss the proposed project plan and boundaries for TID 14, which will cover a portion of the Industrial District.
While on the topic of TIDs, the board will also review and discuss the statutory requirement for annual reports on the Districts before reviewing the annual reports for all eight such districts in the City.
The current TID’s in Two Rivers cover the St. Luke’s/Marquette Manor redevelopment, and other redevelopments at the Old Hospital, Washington Highlands, Eggers Industries, Paragon Partners, St. Peter the Fisherman School, Suettinger Hardware, and Northern Downtown Business district locations.
