There is only one meeting on the agenda for this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
The Community Development Authority will convene at 4:00 PM in the second-floor conference room in City Hall.
They will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed issuance of a multifamily mortgage revenue note for the Southfield Townhouses, before receiving updates from Manitowoc Public Housing Business.
They will also look into some design options for a project in the 200 block of North 8th Street, and some revolving loan fund reports.
Other than a meeting for the great Lakes Utilities tomorrow morning at 10:10 AM, this is the final meeting for the week in the Clipper City.
