The Roncalli offense enjoyed a big night when the Jets defeated Kiel 13-to-2 in Girls Softball yesterday afternoon (May 24th).
Coach Adam Wachowski tells us his team totaled 17-hits in the EWC victory, including a 3rd inning homer off the bat of Maddie Hablewitz.
Ellie Jagemann and Mckenzie Staudinger each had 3-hits to lead Roncalli, now 6-and-8 overall.
Winning pitcher Jena Garceau worked 5-innings and allowed both Kiel runs on 5-hits and 8-strikeouts.
Raiders starter Kasey Schaefer absorbed the loss.
