Milwaukee had a 55-42 advantage on the glass.
Jimmy Butler had 19 points, six assists, and eight rebounds for Miami while Bam Adebayo scored 17.
The Bucks can complete the series sweep with a win in Game Four Saturday afternoon in Miami.
