The 26-year-old man who firebombed Madison’s City-County Building during last summer’s violent protests has been sentenced to seven years in federal prison.
Marquon Clark had been accused of throwing projectiles through the building’s windows last June, then tossing in a burning roll of paper towels.
More than 250 people were inside the building when he did that.
The damage cost more than $100,000 to repair.
The federal prosecutor told the court arson is not part of a legitimate protest.
