Wisconsin Badgers basketball recruit Matthew Mors has been named the Gatorade Player of the Year in South Dakota for a third straight season.
He has dominated the state throughout his career at Yankton High School.
He played 24 games last season, averaging more than 24 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two-and-a-half steals per game.
Mors is well-rounded, as he excels in the classroom where he has a 4.03-grade point average.
The six-foot-seven, 225-pounder has a chance to play quickly as a part of the U-W recruiting class of 2021.
