Manitowoc Lincoln will have six boys competing Thursday in the WIAA Sectional Tennis Tournament at Fox Cities Racquet Club in Appleton.
Coach Bob Feller’s team is currently tied for 2nd after the Sub sectional in Jackson Monday.
Moving on are the Ships’ number one doubles team of Logan Anderson and Aidan Newberg who had a bye as the 1-seed, Rudy Hartlaub and Sam Meyer in ‘2-doubles, along with Jacob Rivest and Jay Conrad at ‘2 and ‘3 singles.
Feller explained that both singles players, who were seeded 4th, had to defeat the #1 seed in order to advance. The competition begins Thursday morning at 8:30 AM.
