Two Rivers Police are investigating a stolen vehicle incident which originated near Francis Creek early this morning.
An officer observed the vehicle heading north in the 2200 block of Garfield Street around 4 a.m. A brief pursuit ensued with speeds reaching up to 70-miles-per-hour. The operator exited the vehicle in the 3500 Garfield Street with the vehicle eventually striking a tree causing minor damage to the vehicle.
