Milwaukee County prosecutors have charged Jury with making terrorist threats and sending threatening computer messages.
He was suspended from his job in February of last year.
Jury was taken into custody after Anthony Ferrill’s shooting spree, but investigators were able to determine he wasn’t involved in those fatalities.
