High School athletes and teams representing schools from across the state will be competing this weekend at the Wisconsin Clay Target League State Tournament.
The Trap Shooting tourney is held at the WTA Shooting Complex in the Adams County Town of Rome on Saturday, June 12th and Sunday the 13th. The event will attract over 1250 athletes from 77-teams including those from: Valders, Mishicot, Denmark, Kewaunee, Howards Grove, Sheboygan Falls, and Plymouth.
The USA Clay Target League is a 501©(3) non-profit organization and the independent provider of clay target-shooting sports for secondary and postsecondary schools. The league’s priorities are safety, fun, and marksmanship in that order.
