Construction crews a fixing a front wall that collapsed at a West Allis daycare center Monday night.
A man who called 9-1-1 says bricks were lying in the street and on the sidewalk.
Rubble was being cleared Tuesday at Little Starr’s Childcare.
Although the daycare operation is a busy one, the wall gave way at night and no one was injured.
The business was closed Tuesday, but the operator plans to re-open as soon as possible.
A West Allis building inspector says the collapse is being investigated.
It’s possible recent rainfall played a role.
