Beloit police say two people wanted for a homicide last week have turned themselves in.
19-year-old Damon E. Allen and 18-year-old Elontae M. Phiffer showed up at the Rock County Jail Friday morning just before 3:00 a-m.
Both men are charged with being a party to a crime of first-degree intentional homicide.
Police are still looking for a third suspect, 19-year-old Journee R. Weathers Junior.
Investigators say the shooting stemmed from an argument over payment for a vehicle.
A witness told police Weathers was the shooter.
