For the second time this week, there were no new cases of COVID-19 yesterday (June 16th) in Manitowoc County.
The pandemic total remained unchanged at 7,652, with the death toll also remaining at 72. .
There also were 142 vaccines administered yesterday, with 63 of those being first-dose shots. In total, 68,508 shots have been given out, 36,505 of them being first doses.
It was a similar situation in Sheboygan County, as the Division of Public Health reported no new cases and one recovery. This leaves their pandemic totals at 13,873 confirmed cases, 13,680 recoveries, and 46 cases remain active.
They also did not have any new deaths, that total remaining at 147.
