Stoughton offensive lineman Barrett Nelson has committed to Badgers football as part of the recruiting class of 2022.
Nelson is a 3-star prospect who follows his brother – offensive lineman Jack Nelson – to Madison.
His father also played for the Badgers.
Nelson reportedly received offers from Nebraska, Iowa State, and Purdue.
His commitment means Wisconsin has one of the in-state offensive linemen it was after.
Joe Brunner, Carson Hinzman, and Billy Schrauth – all four-star prospects – are still weighing all the offers they’ve received.
