Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers is expected to veto all of the election changes approved by legislative Republicans this week.
The bills would limit opportunities for absentee voting and prohibit election officials from filling in missing information on the envelopes of returned absentee ballots.
The Wisconsin Senate already approved the measures making it through the Assembly.
Backers of the legislation want more than a dozen changes made to the process after President Donald Trump’s 20,000 vote loss to President Joe Biden last November.
