There were reports of street and basement flooding in the city of Manitowoc this morning following a night of heavy rains.
Seehafer News received rainfall amounts over a 14-hour period ranging from 3.5-to-7-inches, with 4-and-a-half measured at the Manitowoc County Airport. Also, between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM this morning Manitowoc Police received approximately ten calls from motorists reporting stranded vehicles on flooded streets.
We were under a Flash Flood Warning until 6 AM and a Flash Flood Watch until 9:00 PM.
