A postseason bowl game will be played in Wisconsin for the first time this fall.
The inaugural Culver’s Isthmus Bowl will be held November 20th, featuring a team from the Division Three Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
The showdown will take place at the new Verona Area High School Wildcat Stadium.
Tickets for the game go on sale October 1st for $10, with a portion of the sales going to benefit Special Olympics of Wisconsin.
Madison Area Sports Commission Vice President Jamie Patrick says the greater Madison area is passionate about college football and it will be exciting to bring such an event to the community after a year with very few live sporting events available to the public.
