A New Mexico man is charged with using Facebook messenger to entire a minor to have sex with him.
32-year-old Matthew D. Engelhardt is accused of traveling to Janesville last month for sex.
He was taken into custody June 30th.
Engelhardt could face up to 40 years in prison if he is convicted on the two charges he faces.
Investigators say he went online multiple times between April of 2019 and June 30th in his alleged attempts to have sex with another person.
