Local officials estimate the crowd lining downtown Milwaukee streets for the Bucks championship parade at about 500,000.
They were there to celebrate the city’s first N-B-A title in 50 years.
The procession included a hook-and-ladder fire truck and open-air buses and flatbed trucks carrying the players.
One truck carried N-B-A Finals Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, and the league championship trophy.
Fans kept chanting “Bucks in 6” as the players, coaches, and staff members passed by.
Joining in the festivities was former team owner and Herb Kohl, who’s given credit for keeping the franchise in Milwaukee when many wanted to move it.
