Jordan L Oelhafen, 26, Sheboygan, possess w/ intent to deliver-THC on 1/24/20, Guilty plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 5) Maintain full-time employment/ schooling combination; 6) Sixty (60) days jail, imposed and stayed, to be imposed upon the agent’s discretion; 7) Pay costs of action; 8) Submit DNA sample and pay surcharge; 9) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Court finds that defendant will benefit and society will not be harmed by expungement of record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence.

Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 4) Maintain full-time employment/ schooling/ job search combination; 5) Defendant is not allowed to change her address without agent approval; 6) Twelve (12) months jail; Six (6) months, up front, under the Huber Law, to commence on 08-27-21 at 6:00 p.m. Six (6) months imposed and stayed, to be imposed upon the agent’s discretion; 7) Pay costs of action; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) Submit DNA sample.
