The man wanted for a shooting incident during a weekend tubing trip on the Little Wolf River has turned himself in.
Waupaca County Sheriff Tim Wilz has confirmed that Cornelius Dupree Russell showed up and surrendered at the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday.
Brown County is holding him on an alleged probation violation.
The Sunday afternoon shooting sent a 35-year-old Green Bay man to the hospital where he is recovering.
An argument over a beer can that had been dropped into the river led to the shot being fire.
