Sheboygan County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a pair of serious injury crashes within a two-hour period last night.
The first mishap occurred around 9:45 PM on County Road A West involving a rollover crash of an SUV.
Sergeant Jesse Smith said a sport utility vehicle driven by a 21-year old man from Nicaragua went out of control and rolled several times, ejecting the driver. The unidentified male received suspected life-threatening injuries and was taken by helicopter ambulance to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah.
Then, at about 8:00 last night, a motorcycle left State Highway 23 near County M and crashed. The 39-year old Cascade man also suffered life-threatening injuries and he was airlifted to ThedaCare for treatment.
Both accidents remain under investigation by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office and additional information is expected to be released later this morning.
