Manitowoc Symphony Orchestra (MSO) will be featuring jazz vocalist and Oshkosh native Erin Boheme at The Wharf on August 25.
Erin Boehme is a Midwest girl through and through. Moving to LA when she was seventeen, she signed with Concord Records, releasing two studio albums. Her second album, “What a Life,” was produced by her friend and collaborator Michael Bublé. With her influences like Frank Sinatra to Ella Fitzgerald, Erin’s deep love for the Great American Songbook is reflected in her style and delivery of this classic and beloved music.
“I am so thrilled to be performing, for the very first time, in this beautiful community. Playing alongside of some of my dearest friends and extraordinary musicians, we promise an exciting, dynamic night of the music you know and love,” says Erin.
Some of the songs you will hear are “I’m in the Mood for Love,” “Every Time We Say Goodbye,” and “He’s a Tramp.”
This is a fundraiser for the MSO and will include a 50/50 raffle and oral auction items – Special MSO ticket packaging, Sail Away at Sunset plus more.
Tickets are $50.00 and include admission, appetizers, and dessert. The show starts at 6:00 pm with doors opening at 5:30 pm. For tickets, visit manitowocsymphony.org. Fees and taxes apply.
