A Manitowoc native and 2012 graduate of Lincoln High School has been promoted to Regional President at Bank First.
The promotion of Eli Steimle was announced today by Mike Molepske, Chief Executive Officer of Bank First.
Steimle first joined the bank in 2010 as a youth apprentice on the teller line, and then later while attending UW-Madison, he served as an intern in the Treasury Management department. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master’s in Accounting from the U-W, he joined Bank First full-time as Business Analyst in 2018.
Most recently, Steimle has served as Assistant Vice President of Business banking out of the bank’s Sheboygan office. In his new role, Eli will be responsible for managing the team of bankers in the Manitowoc market, as well as supporting existing and developing new business relationships in the community.
Molepske said in a statement, “We are extremely pleased to announce Eli’s promotion. He has the essential qualities and skills to take on his new leadership role with excellence. He grew up in the Manitowoc area and we’re thrilled to welcome him back home with his new position.”
Steimle is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree at Marquette University.
He serves as Vice-Chair on the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA Board of Directors and this past Spring started Hipp Juice, an unpasteurized cold press juice bar founded to enhance the health movement in his community.
