After suspending operations last week for crew-related COVID-19 issues, the SS Badger Carferry resumes its normal sailing schedule between Manitowoc and Ludington Michigan tomorrow (today).
The season was suspended last Tuesday (August 10th) after an employee tested positive with three additional crew members quarantined after contact tracing was conducted by Interlake Maritime Services that operate the SS Badger.
They add “We do not take your business for granted. We appreciate your understanding in these difficult times and urge you to be patient with our reservation agents as they work hard to assist the many impacted customers.”
Passengers with reservations when The Badger was docked (August 10th) are encouraged to reschedule or receive a refund by calling 800-841-4243. Reservations can be changed until October 10th –the end of the 2021 sailing season– without additional fees.
