The Manitowoc Lincoln High School Girls Tennis team went 1 and 2 Saturday at the Wauwatosa Invite.
The Ships dropped a 5-to-2 decision to Wauwatosa West, defeated South Milwaukee 6-1, and then were edged by Fond du lac 4-3.
Coach Stephanie Henschel tells Seehafer News that highlights of the day included undefeated performances by Olivia Minikel at #1 Singles and the #1 Doubles team of Mckenna Pleus and Hannah Dvorak.
The Ships now have the week off from matches before starting conference play at Bay Port on August 31st.
