A strong storm moved through earlier this afternoon bringing with it very heavy rains, flooding some Manitowoc city streets.
Initial reports had a manhole cover being pushed up at the corner of 10th and Franklin Streets due to the deluge of water and the intersection of north 17th and 18th streets with Waldo Boulevard were reported flooded.
A reminder that if you approach flooded streets or standing water to “Don’t Drown-Turn Around”
